For organisational, team and individual support, in good times or bad, in times of stability or great change, particularly in the south west
Prior to moving into management consultancy in 2004 I began my career with a blue chip company in many operational management roles gaining hands on experience before moving to training and HR management, finally specialising in organisation, project and management development. Throughout an extensive career my focus has been on improving individual, management and organisational performance, delivering real outcomes through the use of coaching, mentoring and the development of people.
Having started my career in the private sector, in more recent years I have diversified away from my private sector foundations to work primarily with public sector and local authority clients.
With over 20 years experience across the full range of HR activities, I have managed major change programmes covering business start-ups, joint ventures, business redesign and cultural change programmes.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and EMCC The European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I have an MA in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Coaching. In addition I am accredited to use a range of psychometric tests including FIRO-B and OPQ, a qualified MBTI practitioner and certificated in the use of SDI (The Strength Deployment Inventory) an individual and team building tool.
Married with two children and pets including a black Labrador called Sam, I live with my family on the Devon/ Dorset border near Lyme Regis.
